To reserve your place on one of our trips, you will need to pay a non-refundable deposit per person at the time of booking. The final payment in full must be completed 60 days in advance of the trip departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payments will be due at the time of booking, subject to availability. No reservation will be held or guaranteed without a deposit. Typically the deposit is 30 to 35% of the total trip cost to allow us to book hotels, activities/events, and any travel that is included by us in the trip.

If you need to cancel your trip, please advise us by email. Cancellation up to 60 days prior to departure means the deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made 59 to 0 days before departure, 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.

Our trips are organized and priced based on single occupancy. However, for those traveling with a friend or relative, we may offer a Shared Room option on selected trips, at the time of payment. Additionally, we recommend considering travel and health insurance to protect your investment in our trips.

You are responsible for arranging your travel to and from the trip location. Any travel within the trip will be arranged by us.

Our trips are designed exclusively for women, ensuring that everyone enjoys a safe, comfortable, and empowering experience while traveling with others. 

We expect you to conduct yourself in a respectful and non-disruptive manner with anyone you encounter during the trip. If your conduct indicates you are not meeting our expectations, you will receive a warning from the trip leader. Continued abusive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will result in your removal from the trip, with no refund provided, and you will be responsible for arranging and covering all expenses related to your return home.

Our women's trips are intended for individuals in good health and with good mobility. You should be able to walk approximately 5 km/3 miles each day and manage climbing stairs or walking on uneven terrain.

Please note that there is a NO SMOKING policy while traveling. There is no smoking allowed in your hotel. However, you may smoke in a designated smoking areas where available. 

Travel Insurance for Women's Trips

When traveling it is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and travel medical insurance. This coverage will protect everyone from unforeseen events that may prevent you from starting or completing your trip.

Passport

Ensure you carry a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after your return date from your trip.

Vaccinations and Prescription Medicines

Before traveling for women to any destination, please confirm that you have received the required vaccinations for the countries you will be visiting. Additionally, if you take prescription medications, bring more than necessary for the duration of your trip. We recommend placing your prescription medications in your carry-on luggage instead of checked baggage.

Photographic Records

We reserve the right to take photographic or film records during our trips and use them for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
